We use a number of activities to encourage self expression, creativity and imagination.
We introduce girls to different practical techniques they can use to reduce anxiety and maintain focus.
We explore fun ways we can use our brains to store and recall information - great for memory training and revision.
We work with the girls to create an environment free of judgement where we can achieve a common goal of respect - for ourselves and others.
